Be part of one of the world’s largest accountancy firms. They were voted one of the top 100 places to work by the Sunday Times in 2007.

This is the firms’ largest tax team outside of London and they have plans to grow by another 20%. As a result of this exciting new growth, they are looking for a share schemes supervisor who is determined to progress in their career.

As a Supervisor your duties will consist of:

-The provision of advice on, and the design of, employee equity incentives and affiliated trust structures.
-Advice on their relevant tax effects and consequences
-Providing technical support to partners and other members of the firm
-Helping to build the Share Scheme practice across the region
-Report to the Director in the regional team, but will work closely with all team members on an assignment-by-assignment basis.

The firm recognises that one size does not fit all, therefore the benefits system is tailored to individual needs.

Here are a few that are included in the flexible benefits scheme:

-An arrangement where there is a basic salary with a small package of “core” benefits (e.g. life assurance, pension).
-A salary sacrifice arrangement where an employee agrees to reduce their gross salary and receives a specific benefit in return (e.g. childcare assistance, computers at home, accommodation).
-An affinity arrangement that allows an employee to purchase benefits (e.g. private medical insurance) from net pay at a cost lower than is generally available.
-An arrangement where the employee receives a “benefits allowance” (which is often expressed as a percentage of salary), which can be used to purchase a wide range of benefits.

What do they want?

-ATT and CTA qualifications are preferred, but not essential.
-Proven experience working solely in share schemes within an accountancy or legal firm.
