The role:
An astute Assistant Corporate Tax Manager is needed to join this fun-loving, empowering and creative team. You will support and assist the Corporation Tax Manager with a variety of Corporate Tax duties including compliance, SEC reporting, statutory accounts and tax planning and implementation.

Responsibilities will include:

• SEC 10Q and 10K reporting
• Ensuring Corporation Tax compliance
• Preparing accurate and timely information in response to tax enquiries from HMRC
• UK and US GAAP tax accounting and disclosures for UK statutory accounts
• Providing information and UK tax advice to the Corporate Centre tax team
• Coaching and developing the Corporation Tax Assistant

The Person:

Working knowledge of deferred tax

Experience of UK Corporation Tax software such as AlphaTax or Abacus
